In-House Porcelain Lease Program for Hotels
Luxury table service should feel intentional, consistent, and unmistakably yours.
Service Steward’s In-House Porcelain Lease Program gives hotels a refined tabletop system—without the burden of ownership, storage chaos, or unpredictable replacement costs.
This is not china rental.
It is managed stewardship.
The Program at a Glance
Each participating hotel receives:
- Three curated luxury porcelain patterns from the Service Steward collection
- One exclusive house pattern, customized with the hotel’s crest, insignia, or name
- Ongoing inventory management, care standards, and replacement oversight
- Optional wash, polish, and re-kitting support, depending on the hotel’s BOH needs
The result is a consistent, elevated tabletop identity—maintained professionally.
Three Signature Patterns
Hotels select three patterns from the Service Steward library, designed to cover the full range of in-house events:
- Formal banquets and black-tie occasions
- Modern luxury dining and editorial settings
- Garden, heritage, or seasonal presentations
Patterns may be:
- Fixed for the contract term, or
- Rotated seasonally by agreement
Each pattern is maintained as a complete, ready-to-deploy service set.
Your House Pattern
The fourth pattern is uniquely yours.
Service Steward produces and manages a dedicated porcelain pattern featuring:
- Your crest, insignia, or monogram
- Optional property name or mark
- Subtle placement designed for luxury service
Crest usage is verified and approved prior to production.
Service Steward coordinates sampling, production, and long-term replacement continuity.
Where the Program Is Used
Approved applications include:
- Banquets and private dining
- Weddings and special events
- VIP suites and lounges
- Tea service and signature experiences
High-risk or uncontrolled environments may require a supplemental handling plan.
Inventory Sizing
Each program is sized specifically to the property, based on:
- Maximum banquet capacity
- Event overlap and turnaround needs
- Service style and piece count per setting
Typical starting configurations:
- 200 place settings (boutique properties)
- 400 place settings (full-service hotels)
- 600 place settings (banquet-forward venues)
A “place setting” is defined collaboratively to match your service standards.
